"Barely Any Improvement, and It’s Not Worth the Money"
I’m annoyed. My data speed improved a tiny bit, but not enough to justify what I paid. It still drops in the exact same rooms as before, so I don’t see how this was supposed to fix anything. Setup also took way longer than it should have, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I expected way better, and I feel like this was a waste.

"Decent overall, but not perfect"
It works fine for what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, getting help from support took a little longer than I expected. Overall, I’d say it’s okay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

"Coverage didn’t reach as far as I’d hoped"
I bought this thinking it would help with the signal in most of my house, but in my experience it really only made a noticeable difference in one room. Once I move outside that area, the signal starts dropping again. Setup wasn’t too bad, so that part was fine, but I personally feel like the coverage range is a lot smaller than what I expected from the description.

I reached out to support hoping to get some real help, but it felt like I was just a ticket number in their system. I waited days for a response, and when they finally replied, it was just generic stuff that didn’t actually solve anything. Really frustrating experience.

"Feels cheap and not very sturdy"
I was disappointed with this. To me, the whole thing feels like cheap plastic, and the edges on mine don’t even seem to line up properly. The connectors also feel a bit loose, which doesn’t give me much confidence. For what I paid, I personally expected it to feel a lot more solid. I wouldn’t say I’m impressed, and I’m not sure it’s going to hold up very long.

"Warranty support was kind of a pain"
The booster worked fine for the most part, but dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and I had to give them the same info more than once

"Support did get back to me and..."
Support did get back to me and they were able to help, so I can’t complain too much. It just took longer than I was hoping, especially since I’m mindful of what I’m paying for. Not a bad experience overall, but I’d feel better about the value if the responses were a bit quicker.

"Quit on me way too fast"
I don’t have a lot of time to keep dealing with this, but it’s been really frustrating. It started acting up almost right away and now it seems to fail about every week. I expected it to last a lot longer than this.

"Decent, but the details could’ve been clearer"
It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything special. The price feels a little high for what you get, and I was a bit annoyed that the communication/details weren’t clearer upfront. It would’ve been nice to know exactly what to expect before buying

"Meets my day-to-day needs well"
I’m particular about things just working the way they’re supposed to, and this has mostly lived up to that. I got it connected to my iPhone, my wife’s Samsung, and our tablet without much hassle, which I appreciated. The signal is noticeably better in the back rooms now too. My older spare phone still acts a little odd with it here and there, but for the devices we actually use every day, it’s been solid and does what I needed.

"Fast shipping and a smooth experience"
My order arrived quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updates were easy enough to follow too, so I felt confident about where everything was along the way. Overall, a really solid experience

"Calls sound way better now"
Calls are definitely clearer now, which is great, but, they still drop sometimes, so it’s not perfect.

"Setup was kind of a headache"
It took me a while to get this set up, honestly. The instructions just weren’t super clear, and I kept having to go back and reread steps, then I’d think I figured it out, but nope, something else didn’t match up. Maybe I missed something, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"The return process left me drained"
Dealing with the return through hiboost.com was such a headache. It took forever to get clear answers, and the refund process was way more complicated than it needed to be. I kept having to check back for updates, and after a while I just felt mentally drained, like no one really wanted to help. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating.

"signal is Definitely better now"
I’m getting a better signal around the house now, especially back in the bedrooms where it used to be weak. Setup took me longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying. It’s not Perfect or anything, but it does work okay and it’s definitely better than what I had before

"Not gonna lie, I thought setting..."
Not gonna lie, I thought setting up the hiboost booster was going to be straightforward, but it ended up taking me way longer than I planned. Some parts of the instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept having to look up videos online to figure things out. Mounting the antenna was probably the most frustrating part. It does work now that everything is set up, but the installation definitely wasn’t as easy as I expected for a regular person like me.
